[SOLVED] Best thermal compound for my build

Hey everybody!

I need to choose a thermal compound, and fast. I want to know what the best performing TIM is for an Intel Core i7-4790K CPU + Cryorig H5 Universal cooler. People say that Arctic MX-4 is the best, while others say that Tuniq TX-4 is superior. Thanks in advance!

I would get IC diamond

has some of the best thermal capacity on the market but is a tad expensive (http://www.amazon.com/IC-Diamond-Carat-Thermal-Compound/dp/B0042IBAOG)

^ this i have CL liquid Ultra on my 3570K the temps are like 19C on lowest core / 30 on hottest on load all cores run around 45C with H100I stock fan config

my room temp is around 18~C

Okay, sorry for wasting everyone's time, but I have made a decision. I'm going with TX-4 after all, thanks for the help anyway.:/
