I'm looking to build my first PC with a budget of $500-600. I'm wanting to play games like Evolve, Dirt 3, and CS:GO.

Solution
If you're gonna play at 1080p, it doesn't matter. Any video output can do that and the GPU has all the main outputs, so you can buy any monitor.

If you plan to play at 4K 60Hz (which this GPU can't do) you need DisplayPort, the others can't do 4K at 60Hz, only at 30Hz.
