I have never made a custom loop before and would like to make one for my new build. It will be used to cool my cpu. I need to know the list of things I need and possibly a guide on how to make it. Also i will need to know how often I need to change the coolant. I am looking for a stable overclock @ about 5ghz with my 4790k.
