Hi my system is pretty dated and I am wondering if it is worth upgrading at all.
Amd Phenom II x4 965 black edition stock
MSI 970A-G46 motherboard
8gb ddr3 ram
Amd 6950 sapphire 2gb (the 2011 just released version, I unlocked it to 6970 which worked well for witcher 2 but switched to the original bios because it kept making counterstrike go crash)
Antec BP550 Plus 550W
I'm using dual monitors at the moment and my system is fine but I want to be able to play next gen games at fairly high settings at 1080p such as the witcher 3. Is it worth it to upgrade my gpu to a r9 280x or something or just save up for a new rig.
