reinstalled windows 7 on a new ssd, internet not connecting (wired)

So if you read the title you basically know the situation.

I ran an ipconfig all and this is what I got.

Host name ...: comfawx-pc
Primary DNS suffix ...:
Node type ...: hybrid
IP Routing Enabled ...: No
Wins Proxy Enabled...: No


That's all I get. I've tried enabling the ip routing which said yes after restarting, but now it says no after restarting again. HALP PLS

Grab a flash drive, download the driver onto another PC, and then copy it to the flash drive.
Copy the driver off the flash drive onto the other PC, and install it.

I had to do this recently with a family member's laptop because they had deleted the driver, thinking it was a virus. I have no idea how.
