Amount of free storage left does not match real storage left

I have a rather strange situation(or perhaps I'm not getting something right). It says that my local disk C has only about 30gb left out of 617 but when I enter the disk and select all the folders there and click properties it shows that they only take 225 gb of storage.
What is going on?

CCleaner can also help free up space by deleting system restore points and temp files.
