ive just bought my new computer and everything seems to work fine apart from the cpu temp being at 56 c almost constantly! im using stock fan and stock thermal paste, it stayed around 56 c with stock fan and stock paste, then a friend game me a 6300 fan with pre built past on and i put that and it still says around the low 50 mark! and now ive put some paste my friend game me on and its still saying low 50s!
WHAT THE heck DO I DO?

Well I wouldn't panic at 56 degrees, that's well within the range of acceptable for an AMD processor (they're stable up to about 80 degrees).

It's a bit warm but it isn't in any danger of damaging it. Now first question is where are you getting your information from? If your reading it in the bios that may not be that accurate (faulty temp sensors on the motherboard socket is quite well known, as an experiment have you tried opening up the side of the case and checking if the cpu heatsink is actually hot or not?).

If it is, as I say it isn't necessarily a problem. Also I've heard that when in the bios the cpu tends to run full tilt, which can make it hotter than in normal usage. Does it stay at this temp in windows? Also what are your motherboard fan settings (if the settings are for minimum fan speeds you'll probably find it has a target temp of around 50 to keep things quiet, you may just need to adjust that).

That's all I can think of right now, but as I said, 56 degrees *isn't* really a problem.

Bassically ive touched the fan and its not hat, can barely feel heat at all tbh! And when i go on like cpu id it says like low50s high 40s! And ive currently set the fan to full speed

Well 40 degrees should feel hot to the touch (that's hot bath / shower temp to give you an idea) so I'm guessing your temp sensor is faulty. Not an uncommon problem and shouldn't be an issue apart from it may tend to make the fan run faster than it needs to.
