startup problems with toshiba C-650 laptop

my toshiba C-650 laptop is encountering errors while attempting to perform startup repair need to save info on my hard drive please help thanks

Hi there coworld,

It may be a good idea to connect to another computer as a secondary one. After that you should see whether it has healthy partitions and/or file system in Disk Management. Depending on that, you may have to use either a data recovery software or some partition recovery software first. Also, keep in mind to save any recovered data on another location in order not to overwrite the HDD.
