Can i run gta v on my lappy

I have lenovo g580 laptop.Now that the specs are officially out I was wondering whether I could play it or not.
1.CPU-intel i5 3210n @2.5ghz(turbo boost to 3.2ghz
2.RAM-4 gb
3.GPU-Nvidia 610m 1 gb ddr3(updated with the latest gameready drivers)
4.OS-Windows 8.1 version 6.03 build 9600


So will be able to play it on low~medium settings.Will it help if I upgrade RAM to 8 gb since i cant upgrade the gpu.
Please dont reply as maybe or diplomatic.

Remember that a Desktop config on paper is not equal to same laptop config.
