As said in the title, I OC'd my 3570k to 4.5Ghz (Technically a 103 BCLK with a 44 multiplier) With this, I had to ramp up the voltage to 1.4V. What I want to know is that if the voltage is safe enough.
Avg idle temps: 31C
Full load: ~60-70C
