Thanks in advance!

Have you overclocked any of your components? Can you please provide a full list of your spec?

make sure that you have crash dump log enabled, and download a program like blue screen viewer and check afterwards if you get any crashdumps.

and please provide exact model nummer and so for the psu as this may be the problem in this case.

Is the pc itself old or new? also you can ren crystal disk info to check the hdd for currupted/bad sectors.

Start with that and i can help you more : )

No, i`ve never overclocked my computer.
Here are the specs:

Card name: AMD Radeon HD 8370D
Manufacturer: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
Chip type: AMD Radeon HD 8370D
Processor: AMD A4-6300 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (2 CPUs), ~3.7GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 3286MB RAM
Page File: 2650MB used, 3921MB available
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
DX Setup Parameters: Not found
User DPI Setting: Using System DPI
System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent)

Do you need more?
I don`t get any blue screens by the way.
PC was built a year ago or so, all of the components were new.

I still need motherboard model and power supply brand and model.

so does the computer just insta shut down like if you unplugged it? or does it like freeze first and then restarts?

have you updated and have all needed drivers installed?

if the computer freezes and then restarts and so, so even if you dont see the blue screen you still get it and it may create a crash dump, have you checked that there is none?

also download a program like hwmonitor or so and check what your temps are both on idle and when you are gaming,

Or just run a stress test like prime95 or occt and run it for about 30mins-1 hour but watch the temps all the time and if it go over 60-65 then end the stress test.

Exactly, it shuts down like if i unplugged it. The only driver that is not updated is Audio, others seem to be working fine.
Checked, no dumps.
My motherboard is GA-F2A55M-DS2 (gigabyte)
I don`t know about power supply model.

Hardware monitor ITE IT8728
Voltage 0 1.45 Volts [0x79] (CPU VCORE)
Voltage 1 1.50 Volts [0x7D] (VIN1)
Voltage 2 1.99 Volts [0xA6] (+3.3V)
Voltage 3 3.39 Volts [0xA8] (+5V)
Voltage 4 7.97 Volts [0xA6] (+12V)
Voltage 5 -8.88 Volts [0xB9] (-12V)
Voltage 6 -8.88 Volts [0xB9] (-5V)
Voltage 7 2.80 Volts [0x8B] (+5V VCCH)
Voltage 8 1.61 Volts [0x86] (VBAT)

Temperature 2 82°C (179°F) [0x52] (TMPIN2)
Fan 0 2974 RPM [0xE3] (FANIN0)
Temps when i`m playing, I`m using Razor Cortex btw. Also played Borderlands and then when i tried exiting the game, razor started returning back to normal my pc crashed. Temps may not be correct (on gaming) `cause my pc keeps crashing and i can`t get exact temps. sorry.

Normal temps

Run prime95 or occt for 30mins-1 hour and tell me the temps while you running it.

Open up your computers side panel and check the psu what brand and so it says on it and just give me all the info you can find.

All the voltages you did list seems a little odd if they really are like that then you need to change the psu right away since the 12v, 5v and 3,3v should always be close to that should never dip much.

As mine are atm my 12v is 11.995, 5v 4,971, 3,3v 3,264

So if those are read correct then its the psu that is really bad.

Yea that too may possible be the problem, but as he does not even know what components he have i dont think have built the computer or is that experienced with it, even tho if he just watches/read some guides he be fine as its pretty simple.

But if he has those voltages if the programs read them correct that he does not run multiple ones with each other then he will get wrong reading.

But if those are like that then the psu is a really bad one.

What program did you use to check it?

and please still provide psu model and brand
