Hi, my OS is currently Windows 8.1 and I'm having an issue with the desktop background.
Whenever boot up my PC the desktop background turns completely black and doesn't display my custom image. The icons are still there but background is black.
It's not a major problem just want to know if anyone knows how to fix this problem.
