If this is a brand new build you'll be buying and putting together, it should all be compatible. If you're willing to go that 1k, I suggest maximizing that budget if possible. Get an i5 and a strong GPU so that you could enjoy other games also.

If you haven't purchased any parts yet and you're in the US, I suggest this build:

i5 is probably the best price:performance cpu.

Motherboard can support a nice overclock.

I left a cpu cooler out (if you were looking to overclock), you could pick one up at a point when you want to put more money into the system for extra performance.

If you're not planning on overclocking, you could lower the price on the CPU and mobo.

You could get an SSD if you would like for boot up and then a 1TB HDD...
I don't see a motherboard, and i wouldn't suggest the apu's for planetside. The ram is also 10 CAS latency, it probably doesn't affect performance too much, but usually 1600Mhz CAS 9 is preferable. Give us a budget to work with to help with suggestions

GPU is nice. Will be enough to play the game at a nice quality.

PSU, enough power to power this system and a quality unit.

And windows if you need it.
