Graphics stuttering issue (possibly driver related/unsure)

Hi guys,

I've browsed these forums A LOT and tried to use other people's threads but it has yet to help me out.

Let me preface my post with the following. I recently used Fed Ex to ship my whole desktop to me in a new state (in the US) so perhaps something may have been bumped along the way.

I loaded up my pc and it would get a black screen. So I restarted it a few times, still the same response. I could hear the fans moving and everything so I knew it was actually initiating startup. On about the 5th time, it got into windows which was cool but then after a few minutes the screen started flickering and going completely red then back to the main desktop as per normal then a minute later completely yellow, etc. You get the point.

This was scary, so I reinstalled windows and redownloaded the new AMD CCC, with new drivers. This seemed to have fixed it. Or so I thought..

It was fine for a few days. then suddenly every now and then the process would reoccur. Interestingly enough, my audio would still play through my speakers (like, if it did this while I was in game) however the screen would freak out. However once it was finished, it would go the desktop and say that my graphics card has recovered from a serious error. I then restarted my pc, and had the same issue, very jittery, etc.

I tried installing both windows 8 and windows 7. Same result. Tried several different versions of drivers. Used Display Driver Uninstaller and reinstalled AMD CCC, it was ok for awhile and then a few hours later it would repeat. It seems fine right now because five minutes ago it "recovered from a serious error" and when it does that it seems to be ok for a few more hours.

It's not an amazing PC but it's fairly decent. Some screenies of relevant info I guess?

Let me know if you need anything else from me. I've tried reinstalling windows updates, and even tried reverting windows updates. Doesn't seem to work.

Note: Doesn't occur in safe mode. Makes me feel like it's software related instead of hardware related, even though (as I stated) the hardware was recently transported and could have been damaged or dropped etc in that process.

Assistance please?

Right now I'm about to reinstall drivers.
