HI
My computer is getting kinda laggy lately (I have an i7-4790 and a GTX 760 and it lags/stutters loading a twitch stream. If you could help me directly with this that would be great (Heat isnt the problem)), and I decided I wanted to use Windows' refresh or reinstall function. My question is do I need to create any partitions myself for either the refresh or reinstall to work? or does Windows automatically make it? Will I need to do anything or should it work fine without me doing anything?
Thanks

If you don't back you information up to a separate location, it's a distinct possibility you will lose it unless you create a separate partition on the drive, transfer you files and documents there, and make sure to NOT delete that partition during the new installation. Honestly, backing up your documents and doing a complete CLEAN install is the only way to go. If you don't have other media or hardware to backup to, I'd wait and get it.
