Hello. I recently built my first computer a few hours ago. Most of the computer runs just fine, fully booting, installing the OS, and running smoothly. However, I ran into a problem. Upon attempting to install GPU Tweak for my video card, it gave me the error "Please install VGA cards of ASUS." I have the Graphics card installed correctly with the connecters in the proper slot. But for some reason the GPU isn't being detected on any program. I am sure this won't be able to play any games which is a problem for me. I need to be able to play my games to the fullest extent possible to get the value I paid for.
Here are my system specifications:
AMD A10-6800K 4.1GHz Quad-Core
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing
Gigabyte GA-F2A88X-UP4 ATX FM2+
G.Skill Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2400
A-Data Premier Pro SP600 64GB 2.5" SSD (Operating System installed)
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Asus Radeon R9 270X 2GB DirectCU II
Rosewill BlackHawk ATX Mid Tower
Rosewill 1050W ATX12V / EPS12V
NZXT Sentry 2 Fan Controller
Is there something I can do in order to get my graphics card detected?
