Computer makes weird noise when playing games?

it also makes the same noise when I play my "lost watch II nvidia edition" screensaver. As soon as I stop playing the screensaver or games the noise goes away. This is on my newly built pc with windows 8.1
Any idea as to whats going on?

Listen to the GPU's in these videos https://www.google.co.uk/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=gpu+coil+whine&tbm=vid, if yours sounds similar it's probably coil whine. If it's really annoying you get in touch with the retailer as they may be willing to exchange the GPU.
