Okay so recently I decided to upgrade my system..

Current Build:

MSI Twin Frozr IV R9 270X OC 4096 MB Graphics card
AMD FX-8320 8 Core 3.5Ghz CPU
Gigabyte FXA-UD3 Motherboard
16GB HyperX Genesis 1600MHz RAM
Corsair RM750w 80+ gold PSU
A Raijintek Nemesis CPU Cooler that's big and has two 140mm low profile fans to keep the CPU nice and cool, it's quiet too.
For my boot drive I have a Hyper X 120GB SSD that's really fast too.
For storage I have a 1TB SSHD.
I have all that inside my beautiful case which including my CPU Cooler
fans has 8 fans actively running at all times at about 800 to 1000 RPM.

I am replacing my Raijintek heatsink cooler, PSU, and GPU.. My question is would the PSU replacement I have chosen the EVGA SuperNova GT 750w 80+ Gold (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-012-EA&tool=3)

be more than enough to power my system if I had a MSI GTX 970 Overclocked at 1400Mhz and be able to overclock my FX-8320 from the stock 3.5Ghz to the 4.0Ghz Boost clock.

Oh yeah and I'm getting an NZXT X61 Kraken Watercooler to keep my CPU even cooler.

Would the EVGA SuperNova G2 80+ Gold 750w PSU be enough?

Is it? I could of sworn I read somewhere that reccomended 970 SLI requires at least an 800w PSU, well regardless the input is appreciated, domo arigato.

i7baby is right, its about the +12v rating, not the total wattage

Fair enough, when it comes down to it PSU knowledge is more than probably my weakest knowledge area.
