For this budget, you almost got the most of it. It is still possible to get slightly better, though. This build includes the latest Socket1150 based mobo and Pentium instead of Celeron.

Just a quick thought. You can get decent spec refurbished office class PCs for under $200 from most online electronics retailers. I have purchased many in the past for work, and they are usually rebuilt with a lot of new components and just old cases etc. that come with a 1 year warranty.

I only know of UK based companies, but look into it in your area. You might be surprised.

microsdream.co.ukThis is a UK based company that I have purchased many from previously, all been great systems for the cost.

A quick look on Google, I found this US based one: electrocomputerwarehouse.com

if your near a local micro center they have a 99.00 combo deal on g3258 and msi z97 mb.
on your build if your not going to upgrade the cpu at all you can use the older chipsets. if your thinking of sometime swpping out the g cpu for an i3 or i5. look at the h97 mb. with a bios uopdate they let you drop in the newer brodwell.
the only other spot i say add more money to the build is use one 8g ram stick. with an intel mb with an ipgpu and windows 32 bit. your not going to be able to use the whole 4g of ram. with windows 32 and 4g of ram windows will see 3.2g of useable ram. then if your using the ipgpu you can lose from 64k-1024k of system ram depending on size of video ram. you set the ipgpu to use. then your os is going to load itself into some of the system ram. with 8g your office workers can do more muilt tasking. one thing to help you is buy a disk clone software and or use microsoft free tools to make a custom disk image for your pcs. (install all of your aps and drivers onto a new iso image then back it up to a bootable usb stick or too.). if one of the drives dies and is replaced it wont take a few hours to reload the os..drivers..updates and apss needed for that pc. also look into a network stoage unit and or cloud backups. hardware will fail it a given that it can happen at some point or there a fire or flood. having your data backup up off sight can save yourself a headake if there a large fire and you have to move till the building is rebuilt.
