asus b85m-k motherboard over heating

is the mobo temp sensor wrong
these are my temps
cpu 32-38
cpu 30-34
MOBO 120-122
hdd 34-36
all the readings are in degree celcius
the system is just over 1 month old
i monitored using speed fan and speccy both show the same
does anyone know
where these sensors are located?

the chip doest seem to be that hot, i suspect it is a wrong sensor .right now i took off both the side panels still it is same
and when i touch the mobo it doesnt feel hot anywhere. there are no fans or heat sinks on the mobo

the motherboard was not running hot .I think the problem was with one of thoses sensors
I did a bios update and it seems to fix the problem .
