Not really sure if an error or not but I haven't seen this thing before. What happens when I open Task Manager (in Windows 8.1) I see three identical processes names "COM Surrogate" after a couple seconds, two of them dissappear. I don't ever remember seeing this "COM Surrogate" thing before.
All I did recently was install Advanced SystemCare Pro and let it do it's thing which included cleaning thumbnail cache. Not sure if that's what's causing it. It's not a bad program according to download.com reviews.
Anyway, how do I fix this error or do I just ignore it?
