I don't know what is available in your country... the athlon x4 635 will struggle with the very latest games but otherwise it's not the worst cpu you could use for gaming on a budget.
Fx-6300 or athlon x4 750k or 860k would be better though , or a cheap i3

The Athlon x4 is ok. As stated above certainly you can do better. I would recommend as was stated above an FX 6300 or one of the newer athlons. Even the FX 4100 or FX 4300 would be better than the athlon if you can get a decent motherboard and cooler as they are built for overclocking, so you may be able to overclock those to squeeze a little more power out of them. Same with any of the FX processors.
