Hi everyone,

Recently I bought a Sapphire Radeon R9 280X TRI-X OC 3 GB gpu. I would like to know is my AMD Phenom II 955 3.20Ghz AM3 processor enough to properly serve the card?

It's a little underpowered for the card. You may need to lower some of the more CPU intensive settings in some games, but you should still be able to obtain decent frameraates. Upgrading to an FX 8350 or and i5 could increase your performance by an average of 20% or so in the most CPU intensive games.
