Im planning to change my psu from an old aerocool 600w PSU. It gets quite noisy under heavy system load. The noise is definitely from the psu .
My specs are as follows:

Intel Core i7 4790k
Zalman LQ310 AIO liquid CPU cooler
Asus ROG Z97 Maximus VII Hero
Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming
Bitfenix Ronin case
Kingston 2x 8gb 1600MHz RAM
Intel 530 120GB SSD
Two old WD HDDs

Can you guys advise whether getting an RM series PSU is good? Also which one should I get, 650W or the 750W?

Solution
The RM is good, but get the 650W one.

Gased on this, RM 650W is Tier 2 Class A (Very Good), and the RM 750W is Tier 3 (not so good).
Anyway, 650W will suffice for your build.
In case you want 750W or higher (if you want to add another GPU in the future) look for something else in Tier 1 or 2.

Tier 3 is quite sufficient, unless OP wishes to overclock. From the tier descriptions:

Tier 3: Meets standard ATX specifications, though closer to the edges than Tier two units. These are still solid units, which still supply stable power to your system, though not ideal for serious overclocking

They're good PSU's but are over priced for what they are, you can get a Super Flower Leadex Gold rated tier 1 PSU for less, look at the Super Flower Leadex Gold 650w, EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 or the 850 G2 if you want to go a bit overkill.

Would it fit in a Bitfenix Ronin?

Width wise also? I'm pretty new to this lol. The case is an ATX case, the power supply is an ATX power supply, so the power supply size should comply the case's size right? It's a standard size?

Jonnyguru is pretty much the authority on PSU testing, and I always check what he has to say before I buy a PSU. He is currently working on a spreadsheet that puts PSUs in a 9 tier system.

The RM series, be it 650W or 750W, are both considered tier 5 of 9. So they're not terrible, but just right in the middle. There are better PSUs to get at that price point. What country and what budget are you working with?

Here is his spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qaSSCWjC11ArO8WyBb_wTvFU_Ez9488F6ARkbag1e14/edit#gid=0
