coputer GATEWAY DX4300-03 won't startup fans all running new CPU,FANS ALL RUN.POWERS ON .NO LIGHTS,MONITOR GOES RIGHT TO SLEEP,KEYBOARD NO POWERUP?????

I would suggest shutting down the power and reseating the cpu, also remove any add on cards and see if pc will boot. if it will boot add 1 component back at a time until it fails. if does not boot then your cpu or ram might be bad. try booting with only 1 stick of ram in, if you only have 1 stick, try another known good stick from a working pc
