cm 212x will fit in my case/mobo ?

Hello guys,
I've been thinking in do a little overclock in my processor (965be to 4.0ghz) and i need to change the box cooler of course.
Then i think the best is the 212x, but i have some problems with the dimensions, i have a storm scout 1, and a a790gxm-a3 with 3 ocz's amd black edition in memory slots.

You guys think that will be fit ?

AM3 slot, so that will take any AM2 or higher cooler. Not sure if that cooler master model is still sold, but the fairly large cooler master hyper evo 212 or 212 plus should fit.

If you are worried, cooler master hyper tx3 would be practically guaranteed.

So, the 212x is like 85 U$ here (Brazil, high prices...) and the hyper tx3 is 45 U$.. do you think the tx3 is good to overclock this processor ?

Yeah, thats ok ! I'll take all dimensions in my case and go to a store. If the 212x doesn't fit i will take the tx3.
