I just got my new HDD and I wondered, will the data on the other HDD, which currently has windows, be deleted if I install it on my new HDD, or will there be a option or something like that, that asks me if I want to keep the data? Please answer if you know the answer.

Thanks a lot guys, I'll be installing it tonight on the new drive and going to disconnect the old one just in case.

No it will not be. Just make sure you're installing in the correct partition (as in, not on the old one in the old hard drive.. easier yet, the partition you should be installing on should be clean of data - and if you just connect the HDD and go straight to windows install, you'd need to format it, giving you a clean partition.)
