This PSU: XFX 850W XXX Semi Modular 80+ Bronze Single EasyRail Power Supply

Noctua DH14

Intel i7 4790k 4.0ghz

Corsair Vengeance Pro 8gb 1600mhz

Gigabyte G1 Gaming gtx 970 4gb in SLI

ASUS Maximus VII Ranger z97 MOBO

would appriciate any other Suggestions on PSU's for this build that would be better and hopefully cheaper.

Stick with 850W at least, top tiers are better. Always a good idea to shell out more cash for the component that has potential to destroy your whole system and make sure it's good quality.
