Would this be a good budget build for Arma and Dayz?

For the processor I want intel due to Intel processors having better single core performance which is crucial to Arma/Dayz. For video card, AMD or Nvidia would be fine, but I am skeptical about the R9 series. My budget is at the most 700 dollars(no OS).

You will also need a graphics card. Depending on your budget, I'd choose a R7 260, R9 270X, GTX760, or GTX970.

Note that you've chosen an unlocked CPU (a "K" model), but a non-overclocking motherboard. Either save money by getting a locked CPU (non-"K"), or get a Z97 motherboard, which supports overclocking.

I understand I chose a nonoverclocking motherboard I will change that, but at the bottom I listed a Amd 7950.
