H100i in the Cooler Master HAF912

How exactly can the H100i be installed in the HAF 912? I've done a little research and found out that it requires a little modding. So which is the easiest, cleanest and safest way for this installation? Thanks. :)

I don't have a 240mm cooler in my HAF 912, But for a while I had my 120mm Corsair H60 mounted in the top closest to the back of the case and then tried the forward location. Both worked well. I later moved it to the rear location where it is now.
The H100i is basically 2 x H60s, so I don't see any issues.
