How do i make computer go into sleep mode after being idle

Is there a way to make my computer go into sleep mode after being idle for a certain amount of time? I have windows 8 64 bit

Go in to control panel, power options, In the advanced options you can set the sleep time. You may also have to enable power saving functions in the system bios if not enabled.

usually comes by default for around 15-30 minutes after you install windows 8 for first time (i have windows 8 installed) mouse to the top right corner in search option... type power options in settings tab... there you can personalize it
