Hello everyone. I need some help building a pc for games coming out in 2015. I would appreciate it if the build could be between $400-550 please. It does not have to include an OS, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers or an optical drive. However, it does need to include a wifi adaptor since I use wifi the most. It needs to be able to run games such as far cry 4, battlefield 4/hardline and future games coming out this year at a steady framerate of 60+ fps on high if possible. I am willing to play them on low settings as long as it maintains an fps of 60 and above. Thanks for your time!

Solution
That's not bad man. It's pretty fun to make builds isn't it? But you could do better on a few parts. Here I have made a few changes for you. If you bump your budget up to $570, you can get the powerful 280x GPU. And I think it is well worth the extra $20. This would make for one very nice budget gaming pc.

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($96.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Biostar TA970 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($63.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($54.98 @ Directron)...
Here would be my suggestion. You won't be getting close to high settings on any new games coming out, and I don't think you will be getting a steady 60fps on such a low budget. But the I personally own a 7790, which is basically the exact same as the 260x, and it is actually quite an impressive little card.

Demosthenest

Admirable
Not much options at your price range really. Overclock this cpu, you should be able to hit 4ghz on the stock cooler without problems. If you can spend a bit more, get an r9 270 or 270x.

haha you would use CPUboss as a reference. Lets use some actual benchmarks shall we.

The advantage the Pentium has is that you included a Z97 motherboard. Therefore, the upgrade path is significantly better.

But lest be honest, games definitely use more than 2 cores now days. That was the case a few years back, but not any more. Both far cry 3 and 4, as well as Watchdogs and sleepingdogs utilize 6 cores.

I'm going to have to go with RookieOfTheYear's build. I compared your build and his side by side on gamedebate and Rookies build had overall better performance. Btw Rookie, I decided to try and make my own build based off of yours, just for fun. I know its probably not very good, stuff could be switched out for something better and things like that, but what do you guys think?

Thanks so much for your help Rookie! Btw, how well do you think the build you recently shared would handle streaming games like bf4/hardline, minecraft, tf2, csgo, evolve, far cry 4 ect?

You are very welcome man. I think it will handle streaming those games just fine. I would suggest getting a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU cooler soon though so you can overclock that FX-6300. You will probably be able to get a slight overclock with the stock cooler, but you wanna be careful not to go too high with the temps. I wouldn't suggest going over 65 degrees Celsius.

But Demosthenest is right. Just search fx 6300, 280x and the title of the game you want to see specifics on. You should be able to get 40+ fps on most of the games you listed on ultra settings.
