I would like some assistance on my problem. Recently I just put together a new computer and when I tried turning it on, there was no display when I have my video card plugged into the motherboard, also I cannot install the OS either.
Everything seems to be running fine, fans run properly, and all lights are showing up.

If there is something wrong with the build like an incompatible part, or someone can just give some tips, that would be much appreciated.
