I know Noctua are known for having some of the best fans, however in my opinion, rather ugly ones too.

Anyhow, I'm thinking of replacing the stock fans on my H105 radiator with some noctua NF-F12 fans, either industrial or the non-industrial versions.

However I just want to know is the noise level of the industrial fans louder at the same RPM's as the original NF-F12's? or if both fans were running at the same RPM would they have the same level of sound?

Solution
At the same RPM, I would expect them to have similar noise levels. You can also go with the Redux fans, which are just the B series fans in black and gray. Identical noise levels, different color. The main difference is that they include the accessories (y-adaptors, extension cables, low noise adaptors, silicone pads, silicone mounts, etc) that the A series fans include.
