So, Im going to be building my own gaming computer, and Im going to be using either the GTX 970 or 980, budget depending. Will the 3330 be enough? Its the cpu I currently have installed in my pc, so if I can save a bit of money, I will.

If not, would it be worth switching to AMD?

Thanks in advance

Yeah it should be enough for gtx 970/980. My core i5 4670k handles my gtx 970 rather easily. No, I wouldn't get amd instead as Intel performance is generally better across all games.
