While running any game (in this case running Prime95) my CPU pulses almost like a heart monitor. While running Prime95 the CPU stays at a steady 98-100% usage then out of nowhere it drops down to 40% every time (picture below). I have my CPU overclocked to 4.03GHz, up to date BIOS, all drivers installed, no CPU overheating issues (average 70F-80F), and brand new RAM. I am honestly stumped on this one.
