CPU: Quad Core, 2.4 GHz
Hard Drives: (x2) 148 GB & 232 GB
(GPU) Graphics Card: (x2) R9 270x's CrossFired (2 GB VRAM Each) (4 DVI Ports) (Supports 8 Monitors)
RAM: 6.2 GB
Case: 3 Fans, 2 LED, Plastic Glass Panel, LED Control Panel (Ranger R8 Green)
USB Ports: x8
(PSU) Power Supply Unit: 850 Watts

Solution
$500, then. The GPU's are the biggest upside to it. The processor is equal to a 1st generation i5, which is a big bottleneck on the system, and the rest of the system is pretty much junk, especially the Kentek.

Basically, anyone that sees that is just going to want the GPU's.

Q6600 - $40.00
Hard drives - $30.00
2 GPU's - $200.00
RAM - $30.00
PSU - $20.00

With Win7, I'd say you have a $350.00 to $400.00 PC.

The GPU's are really the only worthwhile part of that set up, and you can build an entire system for $500, so $400 at best. Start there, and you may have to lower it.
