Just bought a used GA-990FX-UD3 Gigabyte mobo and FX-6350 cpu, plugged everything in the same way I did on my old system. Now it won't turn on. I swapped it back to my previous setup and everything works fine. Could I please get some advice to troubleshoot this?

I know my RAM isn't specifically listed in the support list, but would that cause this issue?
