Strategy sci-fi pc windows game from years between 1995-2000, maybe 2001... The concept of the game was that you have two views main 2D map devided into regions from this view you could choose region you want to attack or your own region to place buildings like defense tower in
the second RTS 2D view. After your turn your oponen (computer) could do exactly the same actions, and you have to defend yourself. It was a game simmiliar to dune 2000 but there were no concept such harvesting or building anything at the time of attack or defens.
