Will these all work with a r9 270x graphics card windows 8.1 and 500 wattage

They will all work, considering that you dont overclock. If you do I recommend you get an aftermarket cooler for your cpu.
Plus use www.pcpartpicker.com it WILL help with compatibility, pricing at different stores and you can share your build.

I would recommend at least a 970 chipset for an 8 core CPU. The FX-6300 will work fine on that board and will be nice to pair up with a 270x.
Check out the GIGABYTE 970A-UDP3 motherboard. It's the best 970 chipset board available.

That motherboard works with a newer BIOS version, which you have to update to in order to get the 8 core to work. You can order a BIOS chip and replace the board's one.

You can also buy a used Sempron CPU on Ebay and flash the new BIOS yourself using that.
