What should be the specs for UPS needed for my PC?

Hi,
I want to buy a UPS for my PC that will give me at least 5-10 min of backup even if a power down happens while gaming (just so i could shut down my PC properly). I've heard somewhere that new PSUs use PFC circuits and UPS should be compatible to it. Please give your suggestions.

PC Specs-
Intel i5 3470 Processor (Not overclocked)
2x4gb corsair vengeance at 1600MHz
corsair VS650 PSU
MSI B75-P45 Mobo
1 tb WD HDD
MSI gtx 760 Twin Frozr 2gb (Not overclocked)

I calculated my power usage its < 330 W

This informations are really old I think.

UPSs´ are using stepped sine waves, which are not ideal but should work out.

UPS from APC are good.

With minimum 650VA
