i have bought a lenovo G50-70 with a AMD radeon R5 M230 graphic card. when i check the temperature it say 511 degree C how is that possible

That sounds like a thermocouple error. If that is the only problem, I would just ignore it. If it begins to have problems you can have it checked out at a laptop repair shop.
