Thermal paste's spreading?

hello, this is a kinda silly thread but,
when I first put on thermal paste on my cpu with my new cooler I didn't moved it around so that it could spread more, but I got pretty good temps compared to the stock cooler. So here is my "problem". Yesterday i opened up the case and for some god's sake reason i thought it would be a good idea to pull up the right side of the cooler so i can move it a little more to the right. I put it immediately back in and ran a stress test and i got max 52C. However i got worried and opened the case again and i wiggled the cooler a bit so the thermal paste could spread more like I said in the beginning. And i ran the stress test again and got max 50C. So is it possible that air bubbles are formed? But the temps are pretty good and even went down so should i just leave it be?!

Just make sure thermal paste didn't get on the mobo - the rest doesn't really matter. Oh and btw once the thermal paste is cured - gone through a few cycles of hot and cold - you shouldn't tinker with the cooler unless you intend to replace the paste.

I will but not soon. It's really hard. The heatsink on the motherboard next to the cpu is making the installation times harder. It took me 2h to install the cooler and the thermal paste. asus z87m-plus is the motherboard. When i do i will maybe use the arctic silver 5 instead the one that came with the cooler.
Everything seems to be alright.

CM t4 quad, but its not the cooler , it's the motherboard that prevents a normal installation. the mx-4 is too expensive, what about arctic ceramique 2. I just need something that performs better that the stock
