Whats the difference between the MSI 7970 BE edition and MSI 7970 OC/BE edition?

Whats the difference between them is it just that the other one is already boosted and the other one is boosted AND overclockable?

Both are overclockable, it's just that the 7970 OC/BE has a higher out-of-the-box overclock.
