I'm thinking to build a PC with these parts ! Do you think it good enough ?
My budget is around 1200 to 1500

CPU Intel Core i5-4690K

Mother broad ASUS Z97 PRO

GPU EVGA GeForce GTX 760

RAM Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB

FAN CM Hyper 212 EVO

HDD Western Digital Blue 1 TB

CASE Corsair Vengeance Series™ C70 Black High Airflow

PSU Power Cooler Master V650W

How many Fan that i should buy ? Is there any part that seem overkill cause i only want to run games like the Witcher 3 in medium to high setting !

You hit a lot of best performance for the money.
I would go with this radeon r9 280x

230$ after rebate, and outperforms the 760, better value for the money IMO

Amd is better value right now in that price bracket.

Make Note these are 3gb cards vs 2gb. This makes a big difference of what texture settings you can run.

Pretty good setup, I'd recommend a SSD instead of the HDD. 512GB SSD for $230 or a 1TB WD HDD for $50 there are 128GB SSD 50-70$. If you have the money I'd go for the SSD.

Saw that this wasn't really answered,

It depends entirely on which cards you put next to each other to compare, both amd and nvidia have good gpu's.Look at the gtx 960 review at Guru3d for instance, about all latest gpu's will you find in there.

it would be good to look at more reviews from different sites, sometimes will they get a bit different results.Shows that no two systems will perform the same.

No,amd and nvidia won't work together in like sli (purely nvidia) or crossfire (purely amd).
