okay so i was getting annoyed how despite being on wired, the connection keeps dropping off for a second and going back on, so i thought maybe i need to re install the LAN drivers.

But once ive done that, NOW I cant connect through the ethernet anymore, I've check the adapter settings and it says ethernet is unplugged, but the network cable is INDEED plugged in.

so now I'm at a loss here and I need help to get it working again.

here is the ipconfig info too:

According to what you posted, you are NOT using cat5, but instead using wireless. Since wireless shows a valid ip address from a router.
Now if you also have a cat5 from router to computer, uninstall reinstall driver, replace cat5 cord, try another port on the router would be a few things to try.

I am using wireless currently in order to go on internet to find some help. I usually go on wired/Cat5 before this happened.

and While i was waiting for an answer, I've already tried uninstalling and re-installing the drive like 5 times, tried a different port, tried resetting the winsock, and resetting TCIP thing im the cmd, when i got access denied on that, and then I tried going into my BIOS and enable the network stack option. none of that worked.

Even the green LED is not lighting up anymore. and this all happened just because I've reinstalled the LAN driver for the ASUS z87-K motherboard. and Yes I've checked as well that I've installed the right version, which is windows 8.1 64 bit.

I also just recently tried that microsoft fixit solution for resetting the TCIP, and that STILL didnt fix it...I dont get how this all started just because i downloaded and install a LAN driver from the asus website for my motherboard

and I just realized on the router, the led for ny other ports are lighting up either...
