Will an ASRock 970 Extreme3 be good for overclocking a fx 8350?

According to https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0AgN1D79Joo7tdE9xMUFlMEVWeFhuckJEVF9aMmtpUFE&gid=2 that motherboard won't burn up, but is reported to throttle when overclocking an 8-core FX. You'll need something a little more robust, and more expensive.
I could get 4.5 Ghz just with 1.4000 voltage. and 100% stable. Temps diodn't rise 62ºC at full load.
- 210 on the CPU bus speed
- 21.5 on the Multilpier.
- 1,4000 vcore
- Turboboost off
- Cooln'Quiet off
Now i'm not at home, tomorrow i'll send u more bios info so you can adjust everithing.
I have Raijintek Themis Evo, quite similar to CM 212EVO (air cooling) so you can handle more voltage without overheat.
