My internet was running slow, so I tried disconnecting and reconnecting. when I tried to reconnect, there were no connections available. Usually my wifi as well as some of my neighbors' wifi will show up, but none did. I know my wifi is up because my phone and laptop can both connect. My PC is running Windows 8.1. Can anyone help?
