Solution
Well, the first thing I would do is upgrade the cpu. According to an old vague fujitsu document about your computer, the best cpu your system will support is a core 2 duo e6850. That alone will double your cpu performance. Trying to game with that old celeron will get you nowhere. They go for about 18$ on amazon(I know, super expensive). A gt 740 would probably work.

That is a rather old computer. You may want to look into a GTX 750ti. That in itself will probably be a bottleneck, but you could always transfer it to another computer later. You should probably get a new PSU, also.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked Video Card ($139.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($44.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $184.98 without rebates ($149.98 with rebates)

In that case, you would probably be best waiting for now, saving up some money, and buying a whole new system later.
