I am running windows 8.1 and my laptop crashed. It will not boot up and that is the only error message I am able to see. I cannot boot into safe mode, I enabled the f8 function through the command prompt and it still gives me the error. I can get to the command prompt, and to the driver directory, but have no clue which drivers I am looking for. Help please.

I can't get it to even boot into safe mode. I enabled the f8 function through the command prompt and it still would not boot when I tried to get into safe mode. I can get to the command prompt and am looking for how to find my drivers and replace them from the command prompt. That is about all I can do without wiping the computer. When I upgraded to 8.1 the program said it was creating a restore point, but when I tried that it could not find a restore point.
